PAE Iraklis announced on the evening of Monday, 24 November 2025, that it has appointed 57-year-old Serbian coach Nebojša Vignjević as the club's new head coach, with a contract running until the end of the current season (PAE Iraklis announcement, 24 Nov 2025).

Vignjević will hold his first training session with the team on Tuesday, 25 November, and will make his competitive debut in the next home match against Kampaniakos. He joins the staff with Ieroklis Stoltidis as part of his support team and is tasked with restoring Iraklis to higher-level competition and stabilizing the side during a demanding portion of the season.

Coaching background and achievements: - Most recently worked at Hungarian club Újpest FC. - Has previously managed Honvéd, Vojvodina, Rad, and Hajduk Kula. - Has also coached teams in the United Arab Emirates, Montenegro, and Latvia. - Notable honours include two Hungarian Cups with Újpest FC and winning the Montenegrin championship with Rudar Pljevlja.
